Duane one half of the former husband and wife duo Beverly& Duane. Who’s recordings for the Fee, Ariola and Brown Bomber labels have been a feature of Northern & Modern Soul playlist's for the last three decades.

After the couples amicable divorce Duane ran his own car valeting business but continued to record as a member of several Gospel groups, a long standing friendship with Detroit stalwart Willie Hatcher is where the concept of this 45 began, they conspired to write and produce “Yes My Love Is Real” which will be Duane’s first solo recording with an anticipated CD album to follow.
